The Gold Package

The Gold Package provides you with access to a designated Personnel Consultant as well as everything included in the Silver Package. It is for customers who generally feel fairly confident in dealing with personnel issues but require guiding through a process.

• You are likely to require mainly email or telephone guidance to outline the procedure that you need to follow with guidance at key points, plus support and reassurance that you are dealing with matters in the most appropriate way.
• You are likely to feel confident in holding informal meetings yourself but would appreciate a consultant to be available to attend key formal meetings and hearings.
• Following advice and guidance the school management and governors are likely to be capable of producing key outcome documents based on template documents where appropriate.
