To accurately and fairly reflect the size of your school, our pricing is based upon a flat fee plus a charge for the number of staff employed. The prices you see below reflect annual rates.
Monthly Charges
Charges are applied on a monthly basis and your rate will be calculated by using the following formula:
Package rate X number of heads* divided by 12.
Your charge for the year will be fixed for 12 months unless you notify us your staff numbers have changed by +/- 5%.
Prices are effective from April 2012
*Staff numbers are counted as all staff employed by the school, including LSA's, relief staff and supply teachers. LEA funded staff are not included unless also employed by the school. Use the calculator below to work out the charge for your school:

Consultancy
You can buy consultancy on an ad-hoc basis and our charges are as given below. These charges would apply if you don't buy either a Gold or Platinum package or if the activity you need support with isn't included in any of our packages. The more you purchase the more you will save on an hourly basis:
