The Platinum Package
The Platinum Package is our most comprehensive package of consultancy and administration services, providing you with access to a designated Personnel Consultant as well as everything included in the Silver and Gold Packages.
Platinum package customers are likely to prefer more on-site or tailored support for personnel issues. This might be because your school structure doesn't lend itself to dealing with time-consuming or complex personnel issues or that you require additional support to help move cases forward.
- It could be that you are anticipating a number of more complex or difficult cases, that the school leadership team is relatively new to dealing with personnel issues or that you would just prefer a higher level of support.
- Whilst you are likely to feel confident in holding meetings with staff members, you would probably appreciate a consultant to be available to attend informal meetings where union representatives are representing the staff member.
- The school management and governors will require significant support in producing bespoke outcome documents following meetings and hearings or you would prefer to outsource more of this type of work.
While this is our highest level of package, there may be circumstances where you require additional support.This can be purchased as required.
