We can provide a highly-experienced SPS Consultant to undertake investigations on your behalf or work alongside an internal investigating officer in areas of grievance, harassment, bullying and discipline.
Any management investigation has to be able to stand up to legal and public scrutiny at the highest level. The quality of an investigation is crucial to the success or failure of any legal claim made under employment legislation.
How We Can Help
If you commission us to carry out an investigation for you we will:
- Agree the scope of the investigation with you as much as is possible at the outset by going through our Investigations Proforma with you and provide you with an estimate of cost, based on our price list
- Undertake all witness interviews and research as required
- Compile a comprehensive Investigation report within agreed timescales

On request, we can also undertake a thorough quality assurance process in terms of adherence to both procedures and content and provide a note taker for witness interviews. The hourly charge for note taking is £30.
