Support Staff
Terms and Conditions of employment for Support Staff employed on Kent Scheme Terms and Conditions are outlined in the Blue Book.
The conditions of service for staff employed on NJC terms are set out in the Green Book.
School Staffing Regulations
The School Staffing Regulations (2009) sets out the statutory framework for school management and includes information on headteacher, governor and Local Authority responsibilities with regards to the appointment and management of staff.
