"The transition from our old payroll provider to IntePay was achieved smoothly and successfully. I have found the staff on the IntePay team to be easy to contact and very helpful. The staff here have made no complaints following the change.
I would highly recommend IntePay to other schools."
Belinda Woodward, School Secretary, St. Stephen's (Tonbridge) Primary School
SPS IntePay - a new service that allows you to integrate your operational HR services with a new payroll service for faster, safer payment and administration.
Building on our existing HR support packages, SPS IntePay gives you significant benefits in terms of shorter lead times, faster payment to staff, and the security of working with a single provider.
SPS IntePay increases the time available to you to provide payroll information to us by up to 50%.
By using much shorter lead times, SPS IntePay can cut the time from receipt of payroll information to payment by up to 50 per cent.
Under current practice, payroll information must reach SPS by the 25th of the month to make sure that payment from external payroll suppliers reaches staff the following month. Missing this deadline can mean new members of staff do not get paid until their third month of service. Additionally, changes in pay for existing members of staff may not be reflected as quickly as they or the school would like. This is where SPS IntePay can help.
With SPS IntePay
You can supply payroll information to us up to the 8th of the month in which pay is due.
There is significant commonality between HR and payroll data and with SPS IntePay it's managed in one location by one dedicated team, so working with us for your HR and payroll means you can feel confident about the security and accuracy of your data and payments to your staff - and reduce the time and effort for your own administration team.
The SPS IntePay service is very competitively priced, while at the same time offering the very highest service levels that you would expect from us.
Payslip fee: £4.30 per payslip.
