For customers who deal with our Kings Hill Offices: Office Move
As you will be aware the
Kings Hill Consultancy, Operational, Business Support and CRB Teams are moving location. This move is
due to take place during Monday 1st
November and Tuesday 2nd November. As such, the teams located at these offices will be
unavailable during these dates.

If you have any queries during these dates please
contact our Brook House Team who will be happy to help you. You can contact them
on the following:
During this time both Kings Hill and Brook House Operational Teams
will have limited access to the Oracle HR system and is unlikely that queries
requiring 'look up' on the system will be able to be answered. We would therefore ask that any
routine enquiries are made from Wednesday onwards.
After the

Please ensure you address
post to 'Schools Personnel Service', as we cannot guarantee post will reach us
without this.
After the move all of our telephone number remain the same as
previously.
You also need to be aware
that from Monday 1st November the post for the West Kent Schools will be sent
via courier from the Joynes House office and therefore you may experience a
delay in post reaching SPS or work that you send to us via the courier and will
need to allow extra time for the post to be delivered.
