SPS IntePay is available to schools and Academies that contract with us for a Silver, Gold or Platinum package. 

 

The Benefits

 

As well as offering comprehensive gross to net processing, full LGPS and TPS administration and the application of all statutory, contractual and legislative obligations it is also enhanced by the following benefits:-

 

  • One contact for both HR and Payroll data and queries
  • Up to an additional two weeks to provide data to us
  • Secure data exchange to allow electronic provision of notifications from, and to, the school.
  • Monthly collection of service charge via Service to Schools direct debit

 Prices

 

The payslip price is £4.30, confirmed to March 2013.

We are confident this will deliver schools and Academies a saving against the 2012/13 price of the current leading payroll provider in Kent.

 

There is a set up fee of £8.00 per member of staff.

However, if you sign up to receive the service for April 2012 or before then we will waive this charge!
