New SPS 2010-11 Brochure - Print Error
Yesterday we distributed a pack of information to all of our customers in preparation for the 2010-11 academic year. It contains an SLA, a new 2010-11 brochure and a covering letter. It was discovered subsequently that an error had been made by our brochure supplier, meaning that the brochure pagination was incorrect. When you receive the pack you'll find that, though the information contained within the brochure is factually correct, it doesn't read as logically as was planned.
The error has been admitted and a reprint of the brochure is being carried out at no cost to us and you will receive a copy of the the updated version as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
