PAY AND CONDITIONS
RCPs are employees of KCC and as such come under the Kent Scheme conditions of service (Blue Book).
As a result:
- They will not be subject to the procedures that you currently use for your own staff employed at your school
- The majority of the forms that you will need to complete are specific to RCPs
- The forms that an RCP will need to complete are specific to RCPs
