Our Essential Training programme is delivered by the following people:
Gary Edwards
Gary is the Consultancy Manager at Schools' Personnel Service and is a highly-experienced personnel consultant, with more than 12 years' practice and expertise in advising schools and the Local Authority on complex people management and employment law issues . He is responsible for co-ordinating all of the Essential Training that we offer and delivers many of the courses himself. He also delivers a number of bespoke sessions in host schools, including middle/senior management development.
Annette Kelly
Annette is a Senior Personnel Consultant and has worked at Schools' Personnel Service since 1999. She works with a variety of schools in the Canterbury area and has long-standing experience with personnel issues and best practice advice. Annette is a trainer for Safer Recruitment.
Amanda Savage
Amanda is a Senior Personnel Consultant and has worked at Schools' Personnel Service since July 2009. Prior to this she worked for the NHS where she specialised in HR and related issues. Amanda is a trainer for Safer Recruitment.
Steve Hallett
Steve is a speaker and trainer of international repute and works for Red Training Ltd; an organisation working with both the public and private sectors since 1992. He describes his approach as 'converting common sense into common practise'. Steve is a co-trainer for Managing Stress at Workload.
